1. WHO WE ARE
1.1. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FoundryDoc website, products, and services, including digital reports, idea packs, templates and related materials (collectively, the “Service”).

1.3. By purchasing a product, downloading any digital content, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.4. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
2. ELIGIBILITY & MINORS
2.1. The Service is intended primarily for individuals 18 years or older.
2.2. If you are between 13 and 18, you may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
2.3. The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal data, please contact us at hello@foundrydoc.com so we can delete it.
2.4. Some platforms (e.g., Gumroad) may have their own age and eligibility rules. You are responsible for complying with those terms.
3. NATURE OF THE SERVICE
3.1. FoundryDoc sells standardised, fixed-scope research and content products, including:
- Future Trend Intelligence Reports;
- Micro-SaaS Idea & Signal Packs;
- Personal Brand Acceleration Kits;
- other similar insight-based digital products described on our website.
3.2. Each product has a predefined scope, timeline and transparent pricing as described on the relevant product or checkout page.
3.3. Our core functionality combines:
- advanced large language models (LLMs) and AI tools for text generation, synthesis, data structuring and formatting; and
- human strategic oversight, editing, and curation for quality, coherence and usability.
3.4. The Service and all outputs are intended for informational, educational and decision-support purposes only. They:
- do not guarantee any specific results, revenue, or performance;
- do not constitute financial, investment, legal, tax, medical, or insurance advice;
- should be treated as one input into your wider decision-making processes.
3.5. AI-assisted content may contain errors, omissions, biases or outdated information. You must apply your own judgment and, where appropriate, consult qualified professionals before acting.
4. RELATIONSHIP WITH STRIPE, GUMROAD AND OTHER PLATFORMS
4.1. Payments for our products may be processed by third parties such as Stripe and Gumroad.
4.2. When you purchase via these platforms:
- you enter into a direct payment relationship with the platform, governed by its own terms of service and privacy policy;
- FoundryDoc is responsible only for providing the purchased product.
4.3. We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, performance, or security of third-party platforms.
4.4. Platform-specific refund and dispute rules (e.g., Gumroad refund periods, Stripe chargebacks) may apply in addition to our own Refund, Cancellation & Billing Policy.
5. ORDER PROCESS, DELIVERY & ACCESS
5.1. Product descriptions, key features, and prices are presented on the relevant product page or checkout interface.
5.2. By placing an order, you confirm that:
- all information you provide (including email address) is accurate and up to date;
- you are authorised to use the selected payment method;
- you accept these Terms and any product-specific conditions displayed.
5.3. After successful payment, you will typically receive:
- immediate access to downloadable digital content; and/or
- an intake form or questionnaire where you provide information necessary to generate or personalise your report.
5.4. Standardised products are usually delivered instantly or within a short period.
Customised or semi-customised products are delivered within the timelines specified on the product page.
5.5. We will act reasonably to deliver on time but do not guarantee specific delivery dates or perfect uptime.
6. YOUR OBLIGATIONS
You agree to:
6.1. Provide accurate, current and complete information in any forms or communications.
6.2. Avoid including unnecessary or sensitive personal data (e.g., health, political, religious, biometric data) in free-text fields.
6.3. Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with:
- these Terms;
- the Acceptable Use Policy;
- any platform rules (e.g., Gumroad’s terms);
- applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
6.4. Keep access links and downloaded files secure and not share them in ways that breach the licence granted to you.
6.5. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access or misuse of your purchases.
7. ACCEPTABLE USE (SUMMARY)
7.1. You must not:
- use the Service to break any law or regulation;
- use the Service to submit or distribute illegal, infringing, hateful, or harmful content;
- perform security attacks, probing, or unauthorised access attempts;
- use bots or scraping tools in a way that harms performance or violates technical limits;
- attempt to circumvent fees, usage limits, or access controls;
- use the Service or its outputs as the core dataset for training competing AI models, unless explicitly permitted in writing;
- use outputs as the sole basis for high-risk decisions (e.g., emergency medical, safety-critical systems).
7.2. We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe you have breached this section or the full Acceptable Use Policy.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & LICENSING (SUMMARY)
8.1. FoundryDoc (Kosma Lenar ADHOC) owns or licenses all intellectual property in:
- the FoundryDoc brand, visual identity and logos;
- our website design, layout, and templates;
- our research frameworks, methodologies and narrative structures;
- any original written content, visuals, and templates we provide.
8.2. Subject to full payment, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to:
- download, store and access the purchased digital product(s);
- use them for your internal business or personal purposes, as described on the product page.
8.3. You must not, without our prior written consent:
- resell our products as standalone items;
- publicly distribute complete copies of our reports or packs;
- remove or alter copyright, trademark, or attribution notices;
- systematically copy or extract our content to build a competing service.

9. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE
9.1. The Service and its outputs are informational and educational only.
9.2. Unless explicitly agreed in a separate, written and signed contract, FoundryDoc does not provide:
- financial or investment advice;
- legal or tax advice;
- medical, diagnostic or therapeutic advice;
- insurance underwriting, actuarial or risk-scoring advice;
- regulated professional advisory services of any kind.
9.3. You remain solely responsible for:
- your decisions;
- how you choose to interpret or implement the insights;
- your compliance with laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
10. AI-SPECIFIC TERMS
10.1. We use AI models (LLMs and related tools) to assist with drafting, structuring, and analysing content.
10.2. While human review and curation is applied, AI-generated content:
- may contain factual errors, omissions or outdated information;
- may reflect biases present in training data;
- may not be suitable for high-risk decision-making without additional validation.
10.3. You agree to:
- treat AI outputs as starting points or hypotheses;
- independently verify important information;
- avoid using outputs as the sole basis for high-risk decisions (e.g., emergency, health, safety, critical infrastructure).
10.4. You must not use the Service where errors could reasonably be expected to result in serious harm, unless you have independently validated outputs and ensured compliance with applicable regulations.
11. PAYMENTS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
11.1. Payment, refunds and cancellation rules are set out in the Refund, Cancellation & Billing Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
11.2. In case of inconsistency between a platform’s rules (e.g., Gumroad’s refund policy) and our own, the platform’s rules may apply to the payment transaction, while these Terms apply to your use of the product.
11.3. Where mandatory consumer protection laws apply (e.g., EU 14-day withdrawal right for digital content), those rights will be honoured in accordance with applicable law.
12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
12.1. The Service may incorporate or link to third-party services, such as payment processors, analytics tools, and AI model providers.
12.2. Each third-party service is governed by its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
13. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
13.1. The Service and all content are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
13.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, including without limitation:
- warranties of merchantability;
- fitness for a particular purpose;
- non-infringement;
- accuracy, completeness, or reliability of content;
- uninterrupted or error-free operation.
13.3. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties; in that case, the above disclaimers apply to the fullest extent permitted.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
14.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FoundryDoc, its owner and collaborators shall not be liable for:
- any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages;
- any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill;
- any decisions or actions you take based on the Service or its outputs.
14.2. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service and these Terms shall not exceed:
- the total amount you paid to us for the relevant product(s) during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or
- if no payment has been made, 50 EUR.
14.3. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where such limitation or exclusion would be unlawful (e.g., liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence).
15. INDEMNITY (B2B USERS)
15.1. If you are using the Service in a business capacity, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless FoundryDoc from and against any third-party claims, damages or costs arising from:
- your breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy;
- your misuse of the Service;
- your infringement of third-party rights through use of the Service.
16. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
16.1. These Terms, and any non-contractual obligations arising out of them, are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
16.2. The courts of Kraków, Poland shall have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws allow consumers to bring claims in their local courts.
16.3. Before initiating formal proceedings, you are encouraged to contact us at hello@foundrydoc.com to attempt an informal resolution.
16.4. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties may consider mediation before resorting to litigation.
17. CHANGES TO THE SERVICE AND TERMS
17.1. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time for legitimate business, technical, or legal reasons.
17.2. We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do:
- we will update the “Last updated” date;
- for material changes, we will provide additional notice (e.g., banner, email, or notice at checkout for new purchases).
17.3. Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree, you should stop using the Service.
18. MISCELLANEOUS
18.1. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
18.2. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets.
18.3. These Terms, together with the documents referenced herein (Privacy Policy, Cookie & Tracking Policy, Refund, Cancellation & Billing Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, etc.), constitute the entire agreement between you and FoundryDoc regarding the Service.
